Discover Maple Corner Montessori School
Serving students from 3 years old through 8th grade, Maple Corner Montessori School supports each child through thoughtful Montessori academics, meaningful character development, and a confident, forward-looking mindset.
Our Montessori school provides an exceptional child-centered education. Guided by Dr. Maria Montessori's scientific study of child development, we believe that every child is naturally curious, capable, and driven to learn when given respect, trust, and meaningful work.
We honor each child’s unique developmental journey in thoughtfully prepared classroom environments that foster independence, concentration, and a lifelong love of learning. Through hands-on materials, purposeful work, and mixed-age classrooms, students learn at their own pace while developing confidence, responsibility, and empathy for others.
In the early years, we focus on nurturing curiosity, independence, and foundational academic and social skills. As students grow into the elementary and adolescent years, learning expands into deep inquiry, critical thinking, collaboration, and real-world application.
We are committed to developing capable learners who are prepared not only for future academic success, but for thoughtful leadership and responsible citizenship in an ever-changing world.

OUR CAMPUS
AT THE FORD FAMILY CENTER & TECHNOLOGY BUILDING AT UCC

Our campus includes two buildings separated by an open field and gated playground where students gather for daily recess. Tucked just away from the main part of campus, our beautiful and secure facility is surrounded by trees and nature with views of the Umpqua River.
Even with the quiet setting, we are only a short walk to many campus amenities, making it easy to extend learning beyond the classroom. Our classrooms are enriched by access to hiking trails, an outdoor amphitheater, an astronomy observatory, a track, auditoriums, a library, a pool, and more.
